I-Move Traffic Alert: Lane Closure on I-71 South Starting Today

UPDATE: TODAY’S LANE CLOSURE HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER. THE WORK WILL BE RESCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE.  

A lane closure on I-71 southbound will be in place starting today, Tuesday, Dec. 10. This work is part of the I-Move Kentucky project. 

Beginning this morning at 9 a.m., I-71 southbound underneath the I-265 bridge will be reduced to one lane. This lane closure will be in place until 3 p.m. Work is being performed to fix a pothole in the right lane.  

Work may be adjusted due to weather or other unforeseen events. Drivers should use caution when traveling through active work zones.
