I-Move Traffic Alert: I-71 Lane Closure Wednesday Night

Guardrail removal will require an overnight lane closure on Interstate 71 starting this evening, Wednesday, June 15. The work is part of the I-Move KY project.

Beginning at 8 p.m. tonight, I-71 North will be reduced to one lane near the northbound rest area in Crestwood at mile marker 13. The closure will last until 6 a.m. Thursday.

Drivers may encounter delays during this time and should use caution when driving through construction areas. Signage and flaggers will be in place to alert drivers of lane closures.
