I-Move Traffic Alert: I-265 Lane Closure Thursday Night

One lane of Interstate 265 (Gene Snyder Freeway) will be closed for several hours Thursday, June 16, as a contractor resets a temporary barrier wall. The work is part of the I-Move KY project.

Beginning at 8 p.m. tonight, the left lane of I-265 North near U.S. 60/Shelbyville Road (Exit 27) will be closed. The closure will last until midnight.

Motorists may encounter delays during this time and should be cautious when driving through construction zones. Signage and flaggers will be in place to alert drivers of lane closures.
