I-Move Traffic Alert: Overnight Lane Closure on I-71 Rescheduled for Monday

Restriping work on Interstate 71 originally scheduled for tomorrow night has been rescheduled for Monday, Nov. 6, because of the weather. The work is part of the I-Move Kentucky project. 

Beginning at 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, I-71 North will be reduced to one lane for restriping between the Gene Snyder (Exit 9) and the northbound rest area near mile marker 13. The lane reduction will be in place until 6 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7. 

Work schedules may be adjusted due to weather or other unforeseen events. Drivers should use caution when traveling through active work zones. Signage will be in place to alert drivers of active construction zones and closures.
