I-Move Week Ahead: Overnight Lane Closure on I-71 Next Wednesday

Restriping work will require an overnight lane closure on I-71 northbound on Wednesday, Nov. 1. The work is part of the I-Move Kentucky project.

Beginning at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1, I-71 northbound will be reduced to one lane for restriping from the Gene Snyder (Exit 9) to the northbound rest area at mile marker 13. The lane reduction will be in place until 6 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2.

Work schedules may be adjusted due to weather or other unforeseen events. Drivers should use caution when traveling through active work zones. Signage will be in place to alert drivers of active construction zones and closures.
